2. Packaged

Once the order has been confirmed and packaged by the shop, the Lazada system will no longer support direct cancellation. At this stage, if you still want to cancel, the only way is to contact the seller (Shop) directly for support. Whether or not the order is successfully canceled depends entirely on whether the shop agrees to process it for you.

3. In transit

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping unit, you will no longer be able to cancel the order through the Lazada app, website or hotline. At this point, the only way to refuse to receive the goods is to talk directly to the shipper when they contact you for delivery. You can politely explain the reason for refusal or ask the shipper to return the goods to the shop. However, it should be noted that if you frequently refuse to receive the goods, Lazada may restrict the right to use the payment method on receipt of goods (COD) on your account.

4. Successfully delivered

Once the order has been successfully delivered to you, Lazada will not support cancellation. In this case, if the product is not as expected or there is an error, you can only perform the exchange/return procedure according to Lazada's return policy.

  • Select Want to cancel the order, then select the order you want to cancel and click Submit.
  • Select the appropriate cancellation reason, click Confirm.

  • Contact hotline 1900 6509 or 1900 1007 (fee 1,000 VND/minute).
  • Operation: Press 1 (Vietnamese) → Press 2 (cancel order) → Enter order number + # → Press 9 to confirm.
  • Lazada will process within 2 hours and send a confirmation email.

2. When the order has been packaged

At this stage, the Lazada system does not allow users to cancel themselves. The only way is:

  • Contact the seller directly to request cancellation.
